Our Story

Hi! I’m Eli Tippmann , the founder of Rafter E Pups. Let me tell you a little bit about myself and what I do. I come from a big family and we always had a passion for dogs. This has been a dream of mine since I can remember.

I grew up on a small ranch and our family always had dogs around, along with horses and cattle. I’ve practically been taking care of animals my whole life, and I absolutely love what I do. I wouldn’t say that I’ve always wanted to be a breeder, but I knew that I wanted to constantly be around animals.

My dogs love to go with me whenever I visit Tractor Supply Co. and they’d walk around the store with me. People love seeing them too and they equally love the attention. They love riding on the truck and working on the ranch too! This is the kind of connection I want my clients to have with the puppies they get from me.

I started breeding Aussiedoodles because I love the Australian Shepherd breed. Crossing them with the Poodle breed creates great dogs with amazing colors, a good temperament and they are quite intelligent which makes them a breeze to train. They are also great family dogs, the kids in our family absolutely love them. Being able to share the beauty of this breed is a passion project for me.

My long-term goal in the industry is to promote best breeding practices and continue to provide healthy happy pups to families. This is exactly why I go the extra mile and make sure our breeding pairs are in the best health. I believe that genetic testing is very important, and it ensures that the pups that are being bred are not carrying any genetic disorders.

Being able to see how much my puppies make people happy, and how they complete families is truly the most rewarding part of the whole process.
